Spacious and well-kept rooms with a decent view. Convenient central location, close to public transportation and attractions. Great breakfast options and room service food.
Occasional issues with housekeeping, such as missing TV remote and towels not being replaced. Hotel tends to cater more towards families and groups, which can change the vibe for solo or couple travelers.

This hotel is a great base to explore the nearby areas, with easy access to public transportation and the airport. The bridge to the mall is very convenient, and there are many amenities and a nearby MRT station. The room is spacious and comes with great amenities like a safe, iron/ironing board, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, and water bottles. The bathroom has lots of toiletries, and housekeeping is quick and efficient.
Some construction noise during the day may be a bit irritating.

This hotel has got to be one of the best places I've ever stayed at! The location here was perfect for me as it was so close to everything and I could easily walk to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and they were always ready to assist in whatever way necessary. The pool and hot tub area were so relaxing, and the view from up here is incredible!

The location was convenient as we were just a bridge away from the MRT station, making it easy to catch a taxi. The staff was really good and always ready to help. cleanliness was well-maintained in this hotel.

Great location! We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and nibbles at the executive lounge. Our room had an amazing view and was very clean. The MRT station was only a short walk away, easy to explore the city. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
